A few weeks back Pygmy announced that we needed a Q for Dec 23 at Juggernaut. The idea was hatched that 4 of the regular 2.0s would co-Q the workout since they are all out of school. The boys were excited and after a planning meeting over pizza (lots of eating and laughing, not much planning) they were ready. The 1.0s hit Twitter leading up so the the PAX of North Raleigh could support their 2.0s and boy did they. 22 on a holiday Friday came out to support the sons of Juggernaut. This is what they were rewarded with:

took the lead and welcomed the PAX, laid out the disclaimer and circled us up for Warm up:

Next he lined us up single file with head lamps distributed somewhat evenly for an Indian Run. First to the front of the parking lot. Stop for 10 Burpees OYO. Then down the greenway. Stop at the bridge for 20 Merkins OYO. Continue on greenway. Stop at entrance to trail into the woods. 10 Squats OYO.

Follow Juggles into the woods for a trail run. This was dubbed the Grayson Allen Challenge as roots, rocks and darkness made it quite the challenge to navigate. A few stumbled, a few fell, but all made it to the soccer field in one piece (more or less). Next up…

Drop your rock and run the rock hill for People’s Chair and BTTW. Repeato. Next up…

Split into groups of 4.
Group 1 start at 1st Base – AMRAP Dying Cockroaches Group 2 start at – 2nd Base – AMRAP low plan hold Group 3 start at – 3rd Base – AMRAP Air Chairs with seal claps Group 4 start at – Home – 10 Burpess OYO

When Group 4 done with 10 burpees at Home Base, run to first base, Group 1 bear crawls to second base, Group 2 runs to third base, Group 3 bear crawls to Home. Continue until touch every base. Next up..

Superstar led us to the “dirt pile” as he calls it…

Partner up – partner 1 runs up and does 10 merkins, partner 2 does people’s chair. X 2
After two times of this – partner 1 runs up hill and does 10 burpees and partner 2 does WW2 until everyone returns

Back to the lot for protractor all around.

Solid work by 4 boys aged 11-13. So grateful to have these boys regularly join us, be willing to step up and lead and for the unreal support from the PAX. They feel the love from this community and are so much stronger for it.
