Run to track area and find a rock. Run through the following set three times:
- 12 Curls
- 12 Overhead Press
- 12 Tricep Extensions
- Rocks down on ground – 24 quick feet jumping over rock
Mosey to track and partner up for 5 golden rings. Each partner bear crawls, crab walk, 5 lung walk steps, partner 1 wheel barrow, partner 2 wheel barrow. Repeato until 1 lap abound the track.
Run behind Carroll for 12 count people’s chair and 12 count balls to wall.
Run over behind office building to find an early Christmas present from Santa. 12 red solo cups and blessing of 12 days of Christmas. PAX did day 1 at first cone, run back to start, plank until all done. Then day 1, back to start, run to cone 2 and day 2, back to start, plank. Repeato through all 12 days!
