12 men were brave enough to show up for my Maiden Q and gave me some well needed assistance at the start.

Warm-up:

Ran to the front of the Jaycee building and started out with….

Did the standard Zero Hour Run over to Field 3 Bleachers and then….

The Thang  Part 1

11’s with LeBron’s up the stairs.

Round 1 was Derkin’s at the bottom and Prisoner Squats at the top…or Urkin’s for Myrtle.
Round 2 was Dips at the bottom and Urkin’s at the top

A short run over to end of parking lot by field 2 and then….

The Thang Part 2

Suicides to the light poles sprint forward and high jump then run backward adding one jump at each stop.

Did a quick stop at the tennis courts because I realized I had left out Balls to the Wall and People’s Chair. (They always seem to be a part of Monday!)  So did a quick 20 count on those and moved on to the Shelter.
