Six dedicated PAX reported for Zero Hour duty in a driving rain Monday morning. Undeterred by the raging storm, the PAX got to it and squished around Jaycee Park for 45 minutes of pain.

Run 1 mile in neighborhoods behind Jaycee Park, arrive at bottom of Wade Avenue
Partner-carry up the steep hill at Wade Avenue
Jog to bottom of mulch-mountain for “7’s-Up”:
6 hand-release merkins, climb mulch mountain, 1 burpee, circle back to bottom
5 hand-release merkins, climb mulch mountain, 2 burpees, circle back to bottom
4/3, 3/4, 2/5, 1/6 Plank it out in upper parking lot
Jog to tennis courts: People’s Chair – arms out for 20 count
Suicides – People’s Chair arms up for 20 count
Wheel-barrows to end of tennis court, flap-jack
People’s chair – arms out for 20 count. Suicides
Balls-to-the-Wall 20-count
Jog to shelter for Mary: Rosalita 20x – LBC’s 25x
Finish with 6″ leg lift around the horn for 10-counts, and then back around the horn.
