Mosey out of the park, right currituck and halt at the yadkin/currituck intersection.
Split up in 2 groups.

With your group, indian run currituck all the way up to lassiter mill and back to yadkin. 20 merkins/20 prisoner squats. Indian run currituck to rowan. 20 merkins/20 prisoner squats. Indian run rowan all the way to Six Forks.
Mosey back to the panera parking lot.

-What a morning. 10 was the perfect number for the workout this morning. Made it quick to SiSsY. I haven’t been there in a while, and I was quickly reminded why it is so despised. Postfontaine led the SiSsY set and Cindy was right there behind him. Cindy kind of reminds me of the T1000 from Terminator 2 when he runs. Dude just puts his head down and grinds thru misery. Mental toughness at its best. No man didn’t finish the SiSsY set unscathed. Currituck is a BEAST. I concur with Villa in that it is probably one of the most grueling stretch of hills in the area. Add small group indian runs to it and its a recipe for disaster. Anyways, I really enjoyed the crew this morning. 10-12 is the perfect number for a workout. thanks for letting me Q and look forward to Qing out here again.
