Jog to soccer field:
Walking lunges across field followed by 10 burpies.
Sprint back.
Bear crawl across field followed by 10 burpies.
Sprint back.
Walking lunges across field followed by 30 merkins.
Sprint back.
Bear crawl across field followed by 10 burpies.
Sprint back.
Pull ups on swing set. 2 sets to exhaustion.
Jog to tennis court for Mary.
5 minute plank for Mary. 5 minutes of a combination of chill cut, Putin, Sarkozy, regular and low plank. Feel the burn.
