8 PAX ventured out for some Lame Duck this morning.  Circle up in parking lot for warm up.

Monkey Bears

PAX made a single file line facing away from Lassiter.  All PAX began doing monkey humpers while back of line bear crawled to the front.  Cycled 3 times through.

Merkin Bears

Same routine.  PAX doing merkins while end of line lunge walk to front.

Bear Burpie Squat Jacobs Ladder

In cul-de-sac there was a freshly painted square.  PAX lined up one end of square for Jacobs Ladder.  Bear crawl to other end. 10 burpees.  Bear crawl back and 1 low slow squat.  Bear crawl back and 9 burpees.  Bear crawl back and 2 low slow squats.  Pattern continued until 1 burpee and 10 squats.  YHC allowed PAX to sprinkle in lunge walk and crab walk if needed for relief.

Once all finished cycled through 10 WW2 sit ups, 10 reverse LBC and 10 scissor kicks.

People’s Balls

Lined up on wall for people’s chair.  Then mountain climber balls to wall.  Back to people’s chair.  Finish with standard balls to wall.

Picnic Tables

Up the stairs for 20 urkins, 20 left right step ups and 25 toe taps.

Follow the Leader

Single file line and PAX did whatever YHC did.  Bear crawl, lunge walk and leaps.
