Tha Thang- Bring YHC KB over the fence and up the hill along with the rest of your bulk. Mosey to the bars, move a couple of tables then run this train: 20x curls, 20x LR Step up, 20x jump up, 20x Rock press, 5x pull up Repeato. (If spellcheck takes that “o” in Repeato away one more time I’m going to kill the Midianites myself #OTHumor #Sitenamedrop) Repeato one more time, Sub out the Rock press for 2x sprints.
Up downs… it’s not what you’re thinking… no foosball with Bobby Boucher. Line up. Every other man is planking. The ones left over hold their rucks over head in squat position. Front man runs to the rear and crawls through the legs/ jumps over the other members in the line until they reach the front again. Rotate through the line until the all members have run through. Repeato. (ha)
No workout would be complete without: Pyramids. Start at the top: 30x Merkins, 30x Lunge jumps (this was another one of those mental hiccups where names eluded YHC- not just the first round either. By the end YHC was referencing completely different exercises but just saying- ya’ know… that one? Is till don’t know if I got it. 10x cadence low squats (Q calls in and outs) – drop by 5x on the Merkins & Lunge Jumps (keeping Squats the same) until you reach 0.
Next Train- 10x Curls, 10x Leg raises, 10x Derkins, 20x Scissor Kicks. Repeato.
Mosey back to the parking lot. 30x Merkins- No Ruck (feel the freedom!)
