In order to truly say that we have improved upon something we must first have a baseline to compare against. To create a baseline we measure ourselves. How do we measure ourselves? Not with a ruler, but with a test.

The following is completed in order with a 1/4 mile run between each activity. Each participant is allotted 40 minutes to complete as many as possible.
