10 PAX made the right choice to skip the recovery workout at The Falcon and post at Bastille.

The Thang
Run to SV parking deck.  Find previously underutilized pull-up bar (also known as ‘don’t drive here if your truck is this big’).  They’ll wreck your truck’s roof… but they’re terrific for biceps.
5 pullups – 10 Jump Squats
6 pullups – 12 Carolina Dry Docks
7 pullups – 14 Single-leg squats
8 pullups – 16 Jump Squats (why not?)
9 pullups – 18 Merkins
10 pullups – 20 Burpees OYO
5 more pullups… bringing the total to an even 50.

Run to parking lot in center of SV.
20 yard sprints + merkins between sprints.  5/10/15/20/25/30 merkins… then 5 more.
Bee Sting still wanted more… so we obliged by inserting 10 merkins between 9 rounds of Mary.
90 more merkins + Mary… including Windex’s new addition – the ‘Missionary Twist’.  Nice.

COT
Champ brought Dunphy’s GRC hat back which included 2 of Dunphy’s 2 most prized possessions – a GRT patch & St. Paddy’s GRT patch.
Dunphy was delegated to arrange the next 2nd F to claim his patches & hat.
