Ball Bearings-Urban Jungle is up there among the Great Rivalries known to man. But, perhaps it was time to move past our differences and see if we could find something to unite us. Some kind of common ground. We set out today to see if that was possible. Olive branch extended, Larry David and YHC agreed to swap Q’s for the day on our respective home courts. For too long, this (mostly) bloodless feud has been broiling. And was bound to result in an Anchorman-style dust up sooner or later (which no doubt would have resulted in problematic attendance at IR/Lame Duck/etc.). Not wanting Ron Burgundy to have to choose sides, or force Dice into a logistical conundrum, we decided to see if peace could be had. 17 were in attendance in the North for today’s Urban assault.

- Round 4 – LBC (Bear crawl short sides of loop)

- Jog over to Bruegger’s
- 20x L-R Stepups

- Jog around construction and back up towards Six Forks
