12 Pax members punched their ticket at the NCMA for our first official race. Here’s what we did:
-Ran about three miles;
-100 Merkins, 100 LBCs, and 100 Squats;
-100 Star Jumps;
-100 Carolina Dry Docks, 100 Bicycles, and 100 Jumping Lunges.
Huxtable pulled YHC through the course to victory. Well done, partner.
Naked Moleskin:
– YHC has Q’d his fair share of work-outs but Merlot spills are rare. Yahtzee this morning. It was magical. Let’s just say team number two lost their place position due to this event. Blue Crush’s team was happy to move up on the podium.
– Some new faces at The Judge this morning. Good to have Java and Mork in the mix.
– New Mexico was back to the Judge in all of his South Raleigh glory. In the earliest days of The Judge, New Mexico was there and helped this thing grow. Thanks for making it up to see us this AM.
– MacGruger made more friends with his disparaging remarks of the quality of NCSU basketball between Victor Victor and T&G. Two State guys. Well placed jab, bro. Well done.

– Come to Manna at 6:30 after The Judge and Dawn Patrol. Caribou coffee. Book of James. Do it, do it!
Prayers:
– YHC can’t remember the specific names of the individuals but was struck by two stories of men in the Raleigh community who developed quick illnesses. We pray for God’s hand in those situations and it reminds us on how quickly life can be taken from us.
– Howard’s trip to Africa.
