Seven showed up for this installment of Lame Duck.  Here’s what we did and how we did it.

Bear crawl to end of track, stop for good mornings, arm circles, SSH, one-legged burpees, windmills, merkins, Azul plank/squats.

Crab walk across lot to bottom of stairs, up to picnic tables for 20 minutes of repeats, including irkins, derkins, single leg squats, prisoner squats, one legged burpees, derkins, dips, calf raises, alternating left right step ups, jump up/step ups, etc.  Down stairs to wall for balls to wall, hold until each PAX individually completes 20 LBCs.

Over to grass for one legged burpees, LBC, low slow flutter, hamstring/glute walk out, box cutters.
