Taking advantage of the quiet Holiday trafic, the Q decided to lead the Pax off JHS property for some uphill bear crawl work.
After a quick warm up,across the street at the park, of SSH and Good Mornings, the Pax started their mile jog to Woodcroft. Butt kickers, high knees and an Indian run made the time pass quickly… Or was it the pace?
The Thang: 1.bear crawl up the hill for 25 dips back down, repeat. Plank for all to finis. 2. Bear crawl up the hill and do 15 step ups each leg back down, repeat then plank. 3. Bear crawl up for 10 irkins and 10 derkins, repeat.
Mosey to field – partner up for 30 throw downs
Back to hill – rinse repeat with no breaks and then mosey back to field for one more set of throw downs.
Time to run back – several stops to complete 50 more Merkins.
no time for Mary but good catch by Bushwood to remind us we only needed 10 more merkins to get to 100(when adding the irkins and derkins). well done -YHC was smoked!
