It was a good day and a good crowd to log some miles. Jimmer showed up commenting on how tough the 3+ miles were at Lourdes the day before. Little did he know YHC has something similar planned today.  A PAX of 18 were ready to go, many of which log the miles much faster YHC. No FNG’s so away we go at 5:30.

Start – Indian run down Oberlin towards Cameron Village

Stop 1 –Zoe’s parking lot past Wade Ave. (0.75 miles)

  • 5 burpees OYO
  • 10 standard merkins
  • 20 standard squats

Start – PAX chase Indian Run towards Fairview (back man start w/ exercise, catches PAX, tags back man then runs to the front) – 5 hand release merkins when back man gets tagged

Stop 2 – Fidelity Bank at Oberlin and Cameron St. (0.6 miles)

  • 5 burpees OYO
  • 10 wide grip merkins
  • 20 sumo squats

Start – Partner chase down Cameron Street to the back of Cameron Village – 5 high-knees when you get caught

Stop 3 – The Pit (0.35 miles)

Start – AYG up “the Strip” to the hallowed grounds of B High
