May 24. National Brothers Day. One might be tempted to think this day is reserved only for those males blessed with familial ties to biological or adopted siblings.  Au contraire, my Au Pair. On this day we decided to honor the most noble of the masculine species – the Bro.  How better to do just that than by throwing steel in the misty morning gloom with 13 of Raleigh’s finest.  Do you even lift Bro?  Yes, yes we do.

The Thang:

After a quick count-off by the Q (and only the Q), wander over to the parking lot by the gym for a Warm-Up COP.  Partner up with like-weighted bells.

‘Skin:

  • Certain pax seemed eager for the #YogaLadies’ arrival, but no Tomatoes today.  Good – easier for Bro’s to work without distractions.
  • Both Site Q’s in attendance, and Gnard was even on time. Clearly the excitement of Bro Day’s arrival made sleep hard to come by.
  • Java was there.
  • So was MacGruber.
  • Prayers continue for Rain Man and family.
  • Hug a Bro today.

That is all.  As always, an honor and a pleasure. Aye.
