I believe a Diminishing Return on Fellowship does not apply to the Healing Place –  Arena. For this unique workout, the strength is in the numbers. 28 PAX at The Arena today. That’s right, 28…Today was special and it had nothing to do with the workout…it had all to do with the numbers. 7 FNG’s with 21 regulars.  We need to make an effort to keep these numbers high…the more pax that post here, the more influence and strength is shown to the clients at the Healing Place.

2PM Jog from Pullen: largest number I’ve run with on this prework out fellowship jog…at least 17-18 on the jog over.
