The thunder was rolling and scattered lightening was flashing in the distance when YHC and Tightrope pulled into the parking lot. We were only 5 minutes early, but the only car in the lot… And then just in time to get started, the remaining 9 PAX wheeled in without a moment to spare. There was a light rain coming down as we took one last look at the sky before Kickstarting the week.

Warm Up I:

Jog the long loop around the parking lot and out onto the baseball field for continued warm up.

 

Warm Up II:

30 SSH’s

Thang I:

Line Painters down from the baseball field to the tennis courts.

First half with Jump Squats at each space and the second half with Sumo Squats at each space.

Jog back around the long loop to the short soccer field.

 

Thang II:

Modified Escalator

10 Plank Jacks

20 Star Jumps

30 Merkins

40 American Hammers – at this point the sky opened up, the rain poured down and the thunder got very loud. So we ran for cover under the shelter… resume the Escalator!
