Hot afternoon at Thunder but that didn’t stop 6 men from getting stronger. The workout consisted of:

Warm Up:
• SSH (30) IC
• Good Mornings (10) IC
• Fozio Arm Circles (10 F / 10 R) IC — Keep hands up
• Overhead claps (10) IC
• Mountain Climbers (20) IC

Each man then grabbed a rock and then moseyed on over to the railing near baseball fields for a little pull-up and squat action:

 

Pull ups/Squats:
• Partner 1: pull ups (10) IC
• Partner 2: squat WITH ROCK (10) IC – with up from pullup partner
• [Rinse / Repeat]

Recovery on the run to green way (heading towards bass lake) to top of the steep hill for some much-needed hill repeats.

 

THE THANG

• 100 merkins
• 
150 tricep extensions (with rock)
• 200 curls (with rock)

Done with partner; Partner 1 – runs down and back up hill while partner 2 begins the merkins, tricep extensions and curls. Keep switching hill repeats and exercises until done with all reps.

 

Recover on the run to baseball field near concession stand. While at concession stand wall, pax did the following:
• B2W
• 
Wonder Bra IC (10): overhead press, then push out – that is “1” rep
• [Rinse / Repeat]
Side Note: this area of the park was a little crowded with folks watching kids play two different games of baseball and these exercises resulted in a lot of head turning.
