A baker’s dozen of PAX posted to Week 4 of Kickstarter. This is the time when people generally bail on their new year’s resolution, but Kickstarter has been going strong and we’ve added a few solid brothers to the fold. Today was about gauging your progress so far, so what better than the 8 station OYO round about. An FNG joined us, so disclaimer given and we were underway.

#1 Run down the hill out the entrance to the left, keep going until the sidewalk ends, turn around come back (.5 mile)
#2 25 Merkins
#3 50 Prisoner Squats
#4 25 Burpees (On your way to #5 Lunge Walk Half Way / Bear Crawl the other Half)
#5 Step ups: 25 Left/Right 25 Right/Left
#6 People’s Chair: 60 second count / Drop 6″ 60 second count (On your way to #7 Butt Kicks Halfway / High Knees the other Half)
#7 Balls to the Wall: Hold it as long as you can
#8 50 LBCs
