All good things in Cary end at Pure Gold the First Fidelity Bank Plaza…but more about that later. 20 PAX (a record) posted on Thursday at B.O. including a smattering of Raleigh’s Finest, our War Daddy from the ‘Quay and Big Bird (YHC’s 2.0) with a couple of FNGs in tow…to plant B.O.’s fresh Shovel Flag. Even with all of that good stuff….the highlight for YHC was Grease Monkey cruising in at 6:02 wearing full Virginia Tech gear…Calipari would not be happy.
Nice! Gotta love the mo at the Cary locations…lets keep it going guys.
For the record, YHC broke into a cold sweat when Maize, White Shoe and Costco showed up in the parking lot #shaggychallenge, #leadership, #quality control. YHC can sometimes be a little loose with the cadence count thanks to an extreme case of ADD. Here we go….

Jog past the Historic Paige-Walker Hotel….Danali Prompt…10 count burpees OYO…to a cute little pocket par for more partner stuff:
P1: Bear crawl down and high knees back P2: Dips on the wall…. Switch it up.
P1: Crab walk down and high knees back P2: Decline merks on the wall… Switch it up.
P1: Bear crawl down, 10 dips, and high knees back P2: Dips on the wall…. Switch it up.
Head over to the Town of Cary parking deck…lunge walk and then jog the rest of way.
Run the stairs to the top of the deck for another partner session:

Hit the road….YHC had hoped for the last station to be in the Parking Lot of Pure Gold…Cary’s best kept secret, but logistics would not allow so we headed to the “town square” for some a little Jack Webb or has Howard put it…(Random) Stripper Jack Webb.
We circled up and YHC pulled a couple of dollar bills and our Jack Webbs were to the numbers on the bill…..3.4.3.6.1.8.8.9.2.5 (not exactly right but close).
At the request of YHC…Maize moved into the circle to lead Mary. Dolly, Flutters, LBC’s, and Heels to Heaven.
