Warmup: SSH, Imperial Walker, Prisoner Squat, Arm Circles, Mtn Climber, Merkins, Slow Merkins, 10 Burpees OYO

The Thang:

Head to the sandpit:  Split into two groups of 12. First 12 on the pull-up bars getting in 10 each. The other 12 bear crawl across sand pit and back. Switch. Repeat 3 more times but those in the sand enjoyed sprints, lunge walk, sprints, frog jumps and sprints.

Head to covered area for 12 x dips and 10 x derkins. 2 rounds.

Head to bottom of Tarheel Mountain and run up to the top of the parking lot for Mary:

20 x shoulder taps and 15 x ski abs
