Tomorrow is my youngest daughter’s birthday. YHC is blessed to be a father and to surround myself with the good men of F3 who make me a better person. We’ll start the morning with some exercise to get our minds right to lead throughout the rest of the day. Let’s see the course.
We’ll tackle a loop around the NCMA that is worthy of a race format:
*Partner up.
*Run the loop for a warm up. YHC leads.
*Race starts with six stops (Top Parking Lot, 2nd speedbump, Parking lot next to picnic tables, pond (or pool), mosh pit and roundabout) for each lap.
*Each partner does 14 exercises at each stop (Starjumps, Derkins off partners back and handshakers – Repeat the three exercises twice – Easy to remember)
Try to four laps. Push it. ISI.
