What a great afternoon for the Arena and ultimately 13 PAX posted for a great workout. We had 10 returning and 3 FNGs. Welcome 300, Gridiron, and Dolph.
The Warm up:
Side straddle hop x25
Good mornings x12 (afternoons)
Imperial Walker x12
Merkins x12
LBCs x12
The Thang:
Mosey around the building, by the volleyball court, and across the road. Circle up for a plank hold. While in position we moved into plank jacks x12, ski apps x12, Makhtar N’Diaye 5x rt arm 5x Lt arm.
Skyline asked for some weight work so each Pax found a rock that was suitable for their energy level. Curls x12, triceps x12, rock jacks x12 was the warm up for the “rocky run.”. With rock in hand each Pax ran 50 yards and dropped to merkin position. First round was right hand on rock x12 merkins. Second round left hand on rock x12 merkins, Third round both hands on rock for tricep merkins. Fourth round wide merkins with rock under chest. After completion each Lax was happy to “drop the rock.”
Short mosey to the next field and we partnered up for partner foot push x10 followed by partner derkens x8. Plank hold turned into Travoltas x10 on each arm.
Mosey back to the courtyard for Mary. WW2 sit-UPS x12 and American hammers x12.

Skyline returned for his 3rd post and earned his F3 Arena shirt!
3 FNGs gained a new name: Spartacus 300 was into plyometric workouts in his younger days and looking forward to getting it back. Gridiron was a career football player from little league through his time at ECU. And Dolph was born in Russia and reminded the Pax of Ivan Dragon from Rocky IV.
Yukon Cornelius took us out! Great workout and I look forward to the next Arena in 2 weeks.
