13 PAX showed up to Field of Dreams, and not one of them had a pair of ice skates. QIC was already is OMAHA mode but fortunately, or unfortunately, the hill appeared to be completely ice-free. Only minor audible required and no FNGs so we were off.
Warmup – Run a lap around the slightly treacherous parking lot and circle up for 20 SSH, 15 GM, 20 MNT climbers. 20 IW, 20 merkins.
The Thang – Start with 7’s at big ice-free hill, star jump and burpees. Plank until everyone is done. Then 10 Clap-kins IC, and I am pretty sure this was a huge favorite among the PAX……..even the ones who kept planking and just counted.
Head to the shelter and grab a bench for 15 dips, 15 ALRSU, 15 derkins, 15 box jumps. Then repeato for that entire set.
To the rock pile and grab a non-traveling rock. The PAX wanted to circle up on the large road black ice patch but the QIC had much better idea, circle up at the base of the hill where there is no ice. Split into 1s and 2s.
1s – 20 rock curls, 20 rock squats, AMSetsAP. 2s – Run up the hill (4th light pole) and back, Flapjack
1s – 20 rock press, 20 rock rows, AMSetsAP. 2s – Run up the hill (4th light pole) and back, Flapjack
1s – 20 rock hammers, 20 rock LBCs, AMSetsAP. 2s – Run up the hill (4th light pole) and back, Flapjack
Return your rocks.
Mosey to the basketball courts, only to discover it was also iced over, mosey back to the big ice-free hill. Recover on the mosey.
To the 1st light pole bear crawl up the hill, lunge walk back. Next trip, backwards run up hill, forward run down the hill AYG. Next trip, crawl bear up, walk lunge back. Last trip, AYG sprint up and back.

Praise – Franklin and his M are celebrating 20 years of marriage today. I have never had the pleasure on meeting M Franklin but she must be a saint, I mean 20 years, SAINT! In all seriousness – a few of the PAX around the circle had already reached this milestone, but for the rest of us, we should all be so lucky!
