Finally some decent temperatures!  The warmer weather brought out some old faces we hadn’t seen in a while including the Godfather and a top performing FNG.

Warm Up:

  • Fazio Arm Circles x 12 each way
  • Sprint AYG back to upper parking lot

The Thang: Dora 123 with concrete blocks (repeat of last week because it was so much fun)

  • 100 Squat Thrusts Combined Total (w/block overhead) while partner runs length of football field and back carrying block
  • 200 Lateral Raises / partner run w/block
  • 300 Tricep Extensions / partner run w/block
  • Finish with 20 “Block Merkins”

  • 20 WW1 situps OYO
  • Flutter Kicks x 25 IC
  • Plank-o-rama Chillcut x 15 count each man

Moleskin: Lots of mumble chatter today because of the workout selection.  At the end, everyone performed well and finished strong.  I am growing fond of the concrete blocks.  Welcome to Bernie, our FNG named after Bernie Madoff because of his role in the financial sector.  After some chatting about mud runs and newsletters, Howard took us out.  Good work by all.
