The Thang
Partner up. Do all exercises with your partner. Each partner to provide the other with a good Valentine’s Day idea on the mosey, since, well, you know, I need some help.
Mosey past the amphitheater, over the green hill, to the porkchop at the arches. Warmup with some SSH, Mountain Climber, Sir Fazio Arm Circles/Overhead Press 11’s (yeah, you heard it right).
1 Loop – 5 Stations – Short Sprints to each station (Run hard! Push each other!)
Start at Arches – 20 Hand Release Mericans
Around Dojo to intersection at Lake – 20 Single Count Freddie Mercuries
Up toward Amphitheater, stop at Bridge intersection – 20 Single Count Plank Peter Parkers
To base of green hill – 20 Diamond Mericans
Sprint up green hill – 20 Burpees
Run back to arches.
Repeato until 6:08, then head to parking lot for Mary and then drive the LeBaron to Caribou for black coffee and Manna. See you freaks tomorrow.
