You know YHC didn’t even notice the date of the workout was the 11th until YHC wrote this. Maybe Spurrier knew this but regardless it was a perfect day for 11’s.
The Thang
Warmup
Knowing Spurrier’s relay was going to take forever we passed on warmup and knocked it out along the way. We jogged to the apartments on Sellona Street. Spurrier was carring this nice little cooler along with him. It was our reward for coming out on this hot humid day. Rewards come at a price though. Indian run from Globe Road to the bottom of the hill. The man in the back sprints to the front of the line carrying the cooler and places it on the ground at the front of the line. Once it gets back to the back of the line repeato.
Long Ass 11’s
With a construction sign at the bottom of the hill and a trailer at the top our route was selected. Star Jumps at the bottom and merkins at the top. One way is .2 miles. By the time we were done we had covered 4 miles and thanks to our reward we had the cooler waiting for us at the end. Finish up with Squats and merkins until everyone arrives.
