It’s Sunday afternoon and YHC discovers that the cell block on the Monday morning Q sheet is empty. A quick call to Goat Cheese to call in a favor and a surprise for Monday morning was on it’s way. Nine curious men stood in the parking lot watching the white truck of Goat Cheese pull in with a tractor tire in the bed. Let’s flip this bitch!

MAIN EVENT
Now the fun begins! The PAX was curious as to where the tire was going. YHC explains that we’re going to flip this thing up the hill. Marky Mark questions if flipping the tire in the middle of the road was a good idea. YHC assures the men that it’s really early and nobody would be driving down this way. As if on cue, headlights appear atop the hill in the gloom speeding towards us. You jinxed us Marky Mark, or did you plan that? (suspicious eyebrow toward MM) Ok, so this was not really thought through. Anyways, back to the main story. Two men would flip the tire 5 times while the rest of the PAX would alternate lunges and traveling burpees. After the 5 flips two new men would rotate to the tire. Flip, flop, flippity flip, flop flippity-do-flop, flip, fli… you get the idea. The PAX would roll the tire out of the street and pick up 2 suspiciously placed cinder blocks and run them up into Great Meadow. Ditch the cinder blocks and start a bear crawl/crawl bear spin cycle. Ten paces in bear crawl spin around and do ten paces in crawl bear till the end of the street. I won’t name any names but one PAX member who’s F3 name starts with D and ends with I said, ‘Well, that sucked’. Awe, thank you. Mosey over to the parking lot for a merkin walk stopping at each parking space for 4 merkins. It wouldn’t be kosher if we didin’t go back the other way, so that’s what we did. Merkin walk back down the parking lot stopping for merkins. Recovery jog up to the picnic tables where sets of dips/erkins/dips/derkins would be performed. Heading back to the street for some more spin cycles, this time with lunges, forward/backward lunges. Time is running out and we still have to pick up the the tire and roll it back. With cinder blocks in tow we ran back to home base.
