YHC likes to think that the name of this workout came from the 1983 Metallica song, Whiplash, but isn’t quite sure. Anybody know?
Regardless, it was an honor to Q one of the feared “tempo” boot camp workouts.

SSH, Merkins, Good Mornings
1 lap around the Art Museum grounds on the greenway with some Bear Crawls thrown in here and there. A quick set of Nippler Merkins to check out the awesome sunrise.
The following completed 3 times
Down the amphitheater steps – 15 Burpees at the bottom
Broad Jump back up the steps
Down the amphitheater steps – 15 Burpees at the bottom
Broad Jump back up the steps
Down the amphitheater steps – 25 Dips at the bottom
Plank Walk up the entire length of the sidewalk rail to the top of the amphitheater
Run down to amphitheater concrete and Bear Crawl back
Run down to amphitheater concrete and Crab Walk back
Run down to amphitheater concrete and Gorilla Walk back
