Churuckum is short for the Chruham Extended Ruck training session on the 21st. It seemed like a good idea to focus on distance today in prep for the extended ruck. We grabbed two pigs and carried the red cooler for something new. We headed for the airport and stopped for the occasional pain station. We were booking.. 15 minute pace and covered 2.8 miles and barely made it back in time for weekend Crick.. no worries the two Q’s were with us anyway!
