Warm up run around the loop and mosey to tennis courts

Prisoner Squats X 15

Line up along the sideline closest to the entrance ramp.

Segment 1

10 sprints:
-1 sprint equals 2 down(down to the farthest sideline) and backs.
-After each sprint do 5 burpees OYO, and then as a group do a 10 count of chill cut IN CADENCE.
Mosey down to the bottom of the entrance ramp

Segment 2

Set of 11s-
Hand Release Merkins at bottom(10) and Dying Cockroaches(1) at the top.

After both of these segments, mosey back to the tennis courts.

This completed our morning exercises at EB and Down. Short and Sweet.
