It’s my first Q here since finishing up the BRR and I am very impressed with the nice turn out of men here in the short time this site has been up and running. The site Q’s are kicking mucho ass. Can’t wait to get to know some of the PAX that I don’t see as often a little better.

The Thang:

I got this idea from Riptide over at one of the Danger Zone workouts he Q’d. Floppy informed me that he’s heard it called the Stacker. Without a formal name I thought that was just as good as any other one.

The Stacker – The PAX count off (remembering your number) We took off to run around the park and counted off with an exercise and the number of the PAX being the reps. So the idea is similar to 12 days of Xmas. ie 1 – burpee then 1 – burpee, 2 – diamond merkins then etc.etc.

We did:

  • 1 – Burpee
  • 2 – Diamond Merkins
  • 3 – WWII Situp’s
  • 4 – Mountain Climbers
  • 5 – Prisoner Squats
  • 6 – Plank Jack’s
  • 7 –  Merkins
  • 8 – LBC’s
  • 9 – Sumo Squats
  • 10 – Star Jumps
  • 11 – Wide Grip Merkins
  • 12 – Bronco Busters
  • 13 – Lunges
