Every 3 months, the PAX gather in the gloom to measure where they are with the Kettlebell 100. Some come conscious and willing. Others don’t check the twitter feed and just take whatever is handed to them. After a warm up of some standing yoga poses, this morning what was handed to them was 100 reps of the prescribed exercise, run a lap, repeat with the next exercise for a total of 35 minutes. (For those with leg injuries, in lieu of the run, 100 reps, core of your choice)
A spread sheet with the historical scores is live on the Blitz Sign Up Sheet so you can look back through the archives to measure your progress.
** Also – Coming Saturday May 20: 6:00 a.m. The first Kettlebell Ultra: All 14 exercises, 100 reps. It is going to hurt so much. It is going to feel so good.

Great work by everyone today. It makes me proud to be associated with a group of men who come out and push themselves every morning while 98% of the population is still sleeping. “Not for ambition or bread, or the strut and trade of charms on the ivory stages, but for the common wages of their most secrets hearts.” Thank you for what you do every single day.
Announcements and Prayer.
Graciously,
Cut Me Mick
