Nice warm October gloom, mornings like these will be few in the coming months.  This was the QIC’s 2nd Q.  Today the PAX kept returning to the Beacon of Light.

Warm-Up

Run around parking lot heading towards lantern (Beacon of Light) and loop around

Sprint up to lit parking lot do even number exercise
