Warm Up:

Indian run from parking lot down to last ball field & back up to middle field followed by

  • SSH x 20
  • Fazio Arm Circles forward & reverse x 10 ea. dir.
  • Good Mornings x 15

The Thang 1:

Mosey up to grassy area to keep them knees off the asphalt. Circled up for some hurt so good Jack Webbs!  1 merkin followed by 5 arm air push ups. 2 merkins – 10 arm air p/u’s etc. with short plank break (regular, left arm up, right arm up) after 5th merkin. Continued to lift air (never knew air weighed that much) all the way to 10 merkins x 50 arm air lifts. Moseyed over the the bleachers for PAXes to OYO box jumps or step ups x 25. Formed line and Indian ran back up to main parking lot.

The Thang 2

Each pax grab a cinderblock and take to side end of tennis court #1. Line up and carry cinderblock to end of last line of court 1, drop blocks for 10 plank jacks with hands on cinderblock. Pick up, carry block to end of court 2, drop & execute 10 burpees, pick up and carry to end of court 3 then cradle block for 10 air squats, proceed on to end of court 4 then drop use block for 10 derkins. Pick up block and curl all the way back across all 4 courts to starting position. Rinse & Repeat.

Buddy up, drop & execute 10 face to face slapping opposite hand merkins.

Mosey over to wall – line up along wall in tight line all PAXes go balls to the wall. PAX on end dropped and bear crawled to opposite end of line followed by next PAX following until all 12 PAXes bear crawled to end of line. Rinse & Repeat

Buddy up again, drop & execute 10 face to face slapping opposite hand merkins.
