Those were the words of Yoda as Freezing Rain Man got out of his car at 5:29am.  YHC responded, “I was hoping nobody would be here so I could go home!”  After brief consultation regarding weather conditions, YHC and Yoda decided to give it a go but to monitor conditions closely and head out early if conditions got worse.  And off we went – not alone and not going back home:

Ran out of Eastgate park, right on Quail Hollow drive, then took a right on pathway going back to park.  Mosey back to parking lot.

5 burpees in parking lot, run to bottom, 1 prisoner squat, run back to top. Repeato 4-2, 3-3, 2-5, 1-5.  Amazing how much easier to do a burpee when there is ice under your feet to slide your legs back.

Over to picnic tables.  20 urkins.  20 alternating left-right step up. 15 wide grip urkins. 20 alternating left-right step up.

Over to tennis courts for Dan Jansen suicides.  End of first court and back, 2nd court back, 3rd court back. As we touched each line, we looked like Dan Jansen sliding across the tennis court.  When done hit people’s chair.  3 sets of suicides (calling suicide is a bit of a stretch as we were more focused on keeping our footing) with people’s chair in between each set.

Mosey back to parking lot.  10 sumu squats at top of parking lot, run to botttom and back up, 9 sumo squats and continued until hit 5 sumu squats.

Back to picnic tables.  Find spot on table.  Inverted Pyramid:
