- Good Mornings X20
Ran 1/3 of the way down Lassiter Mill. Stop for Monkey Humpers X20.
Ran another 1/3 of the way down. Stop for Peter Parkers X20.
Ran to bottom of hill and gather along bridge. Ran through series 3 times of the following:
- Urkins X15 X10 X5
- Durkins X15 X10 X5
- Toe Taps X15 X20 X50
Run into parking lot next to Lassiter Bridge and line up along boulders.
The Jerk as your Q
Partner up. Partner 1 bear crawl width of parking lot and crab walk back. Partner 2 burpee and then star jump. Repeato until you and your partner hit 50.
Moving over to the boulders. Partner 1 hit 20 dips on boulder and partner 2 hit 20 LBC.s. Flap Jack. Rinse and Repeat.
Move to end of parking lot. Partner 1 run suicide hitting every other parking lot stripe. Partner 2 performing ski abs.
Followed The Jerk back to top of Lassiter with two stops for Sumo Squats X20 as a group and 10 burpees X10 OYO as your two “resting stops”.
Gather at top of Lassiter and had double fist pump squats X20 after bridge before moving back into parking lot.
