It is a privilege to have the opportunity to step in and lead the group in the place we call Disneyland.  With temperatures calling for below freezing in the coming days a group of 13 decided to show with temperatures just above freezing.  With the Legend of the 13 year Leonidas arriving on his bike, Big Baller Brony in his shiny new caddy, and our very open Pakistani/kenyan M4L coming off 9 miles with 4 sub 5 minute miles (#stravadontlie) we were ready to roll.

From the great Vince Lombardi…

“The achievements of an organization are the results of the combined effort of each individual.”

“Mental toughness is many things and rather difficult to explain. Its qualities are sacrifice and self-denial. Also, most importantly, it is combined with a perfectly disciplined will that refuses to give in. It’s a state of mind – you could call it ‘character in action.’”
