Headed up to playground and planted hands and feet on alternate hand rails for 20 ct of Carolina Dry Docks. At this point, Ma Bell, Goose, and Capt Hook decide to grace us with their presence.
- Lie down and do 20 ct pull ups on hand rail

Jog over to soccer field for some four corners.
Run each length of field complete a 10 ct at each corner oyo

- Squat jumps
- Squat hold for 10 ct around the Pax
