2 pax planted an early VSF for an extra-credit ruck prior to the Falcon.  They were joined by 23 reinforcements including one FNG for THE Friday morning Churham workout.  Having been totally dominated by the smack talk from Old Man Coco yesterday, YHC was shamed into a kettlebell workout.  The poor Falcon pax could only manage one kettlebell, though, and so it was passed around as a prize for good behavior (or behaviour, as they say up north).

Light jog (with a soft “J”) to the football field (kettlebell to the last arriving pax)
10 burpees OYO
Ring of Fire – one man takes the kettlebell around the circle with the remaining pax doing an exercise.  Lots of merkins and other stuff.
6″ plank as long as possible (winner gets the kettlebell)

Mosey on back for about 4 minutes of Mary including Freddie Mercurys, Rosadollies (or are they Hellolitas?), WWII situps, and Russian hammers
