Solid group guys this morning.  Everyone worked hard.  We moved a lot with little to no breaks between sets and exercises. No FNG’s, quick disclaimer given including that the Indian run up the hills back around to soccer field would be our only warm up as we had lots to do.   Here is what we did ….

The Thang:

Line up for Indian Run – out of park, down Quail Hallow, up Hardimont, Left at Wingate and to the soccer field (this entire run is straight up him the entire time)

Partner up at far sideline of soccer field:

Partner 1 runs length of field, bear crawl up (we alternated between regular bear crawls and backward bear crawls) hill and touch sidewalk and back – Flapjack

Partner 2 – Amrap exercise:

Round 1 – Ski abs

Round 2 – Freddy Mercury

Round 3 – LBC

Round 4 – WW2 Sit-ups

Round 5 – Butterfly Sit-ups

Mosey to Tennis Courts for The Beast – 6 count at each end line and same back

Round 1 – Merkin

Round 2 – Wide grip merkin

Round 3 – Carolina Dry docks

Round 4 – Squat

Round 5 – Hand release merkins

Round 6 – Prisoner Squats

Mosey down to park entrance – broad jump burpees back up to parking lot

Mary:

Low slow flutter x 20

6 inch leg hold – 10 count around
