YHC posted for the first time at The Crucible 52 weeks ago, thanks to a “fitness challenge” from Wilson.  It has been an amazing first year, but the journey is not over.  At the appointed time, having no FNGs present a disclaimer was not given.  The Pax ran down to the grass traffic circle for some exercise.

The Thang:

From grass traffic circle formed single-file line for indian run around athletic field.  From there, veered off to fenced area in center of athletic field.

At first corner, 5 merkins, sprint to second corner, 5 squats, bear crawl to third corner, 5 LBC, sprint to fourth corner, 5 burpees, sprint to first corner.  Repeato x 10, repeato x 15.

Mosey to rock pile.  Choose a rock for curls x 15, bent over rows x 15, chest press x 15.

Run to picnic shelter.  Alternating left right step up x 20, dips x 20, people’s chair with hands out front x 10 count x 9.  Repeato.

Run to parking lot for Mary.  LBC x 50, Homer to Marge x 25, Freddie Mercury x 25.
