Four Pax assembled at the appointed hour the Friday afternoon before Labor Day weekend to fulfill the F3 mission: to plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership.  This wasn’t an outdoor workout and we were bringing the workout to an FNG who did plenty of bootcamp workouts and played lots of golf prior to being diagnosed with Lyme Disease.  

The disclaimer was shared and we began a series of physical therapy exercises.  It should be
noted that while we are fairly proficient at F3 exercises, maximum patience was exercised as we got the hang of the PT exercises.  A thorough workout followed, along with sweat, and a healthy dose of laughter.
