The third official workout for the newest workout in Cary — THE B.O. and we had 13 in the pax.  Nothing like an early morning stroll through the hopping streets of downtown cary.  The options are limitless here with variety in the landscape.

run to parking lot and divide into 2 groups

2 X the following

group 1 – 15 squats

group 2 – 15 merkins

run to the opposite end

group 1 – 10 squats

group 2 – 10 merkins

run to the opposite end

group 1 – 5 squats

group 2 – 5 merkins

Run workout

4 x group 1 – build up intense run

4 x group 2 – plank hold

low plank hold – 10 count

Weight Workout 

Run to parking lot

21’s – bicep work

25 – calf raises

Repeat the above rock pile work

Run to parking lot

Final Lap

flip the coin – 2 groups flipped the coin 4 times each rotating between 25 (peoples choice mary or 15 merkins – depending on which side up the coin landed)

sprint around the parking lot – final lap for the KY Derby
