Partner up… speed matters
Partner 1 runs, Partner 2 hand-release merkins x 5 and catches partner. Flapjack. Head down the trail to where it splits and plank when done.
Jack Webb – merkins / shoulder press
Partner 1 runs, Partner 2 nippler merkins x 5 and catches partner. Flapjack. Head down the trail until it ends and plank when done.
Swiss merkins x 10
Partner 1 runs backwards, Partner 2 burpees x 5 and catches partner. Flapjack. Head back down the trail to where it splits and plank when done.

Partner 1 – run 1st base line to the grass & does exercise, partner 2 – run 3rd baseline to the grass and does exercise, both meet at 2nd base for exercise and then back doing another exercise at 1st/3rd base then head home. Confusing… not really… just sucked.
