Warm-up
Run past rings of fire around dojo to far side of pond. SSH, mountain climbers, etc, etc. Partner up.
Work-out
Partner 1 runs around pond. Partner 2 does circuit of 10 merkins, 10 peter parkers, 10 wide grip merkins, repeat until partner 1 comes back. After both partners have been around the pond 4 times everyone mosey past amphitheater to corner of museum.
Partner 1 runs around museum. Partner 2 does a 30 count wall sit, then 30 count balls to the wall alternating until partner 1 comes back. Repeat until time is called. There’s more recovery time than a typical Judge so the runs should be faster.
