17 LOD PAX pranced around for 45 minutes and conquered much. Sampler was on the schedule to Q this week, but had to back out to recover from an appendectomy. Lamest excuse I’ve ever heard. Lucky for LOD…you get Chippy.

 

YHC regrettably informed the PAX that this was not an OTC workout, but needed not to worry, they would be getting an actual workout this morning…..

 

Mosey down oxford to anderson dr, take a left, and halt at the bottom of the front parking lot entrance ramp.

 

Quick little modified J’s Ladder; Jump Knee Ups at the top of the hill starting with 1 and all ze way up to 7.

 

Mosey down anderson and halt at the greenway entrance on the other side of anderson. Get in groups of 4. Speed matters. Indian-man run down the greenway and halt at the exit to Rothgeb.

 

Scurry to the bottom of Rothgeb. Sprint up the hill to Webb st, 5 burpees, and back down. Sprint back up the hill to Webb st, 10 burpees, and back down.

 

Advance down rothgeb, right on White Oak, and halt at E Lake drive…..With the same indian man groups, run up E Lake, up Lake Drive Soul Crusher, and halt all the way up at St Mary’s st. This was not easy.

 

Once all arrived safely, mosey down St Mary’s to Anderson dr. At a brisk pace, run down anderson to Dix st. 20 Plank Jacks. Continue down anderson to Cooleemee. 20 Ski Abs.

 

Mosey down Cooleemee to Kittrell. Back in indian man groups, and run down Kittrell all the way to overbrook. 20 Plank Jacks

 

Back down to the parking lot for Mary.
