Circuit around the Dojo Path
3 stations, 4 groups
- Burpees OYO
- Sets of 10 x One leg Deadlift each side, 20 x Plank Jacks
- Sets of 20 x Jump Lunges, 20 x Skier Abs
- Group 4 ran a lap to begin the tag-off with Group 1 at the Burpees.
REPEATO for 2 Circuits. Picked up each group on a final lap.

Fellowship jog over to the multiple brick walls for
