Circuit around the Dojo Path
3 stations, 4 groups
  1. Burpees OYO
  2. Sets of 10 x One leg Deadlift each side, 20 x Plank Jacks
  3. Sets of 20 x Jump Lunges, 20 x Skier Abs
  4. Group 4 ran a lap to begin the tag-off with Group 1 at the Burpees.
REPEATO for 2 Circuits.  Picked up each group on a final lap.
Head into the Dojo –
  • Box Jump x 10

Fellowship jog over to the multiple brick walls for

  • #BRR teams are beginning to form.  Good fellowship and nice time to run in the mountains. You can do it – consider signing up.  Contrary to the rumors, no helmet required.
