A mild start to February was a breath of fresh air (literally). Midget 4 Life requested an easy workout for him and his FNG (Paul Blart) this morning. YHC had planned some power walking and maybe a couple games of bridge, but then Blart showed up decked out in NC State gear, so the workout had to be modified accordingly.

Moleskin: Another strong start to the week by the Pax of South Wake. We all broke a sweat and got a little dirt under our fingernails. Welcome to Paul Blart (FNG)! For the next 2 Mondays, we will be doing 1 Mile time trials extra credit starting at 5:15 am. Surely the athletes we have want to prove themselves amongst their peers. Big prayers to Yosef and his family this morning. We definitely “Pushed the Rock” today.
